Dustin is a relationship-focused professional with a background in commercial and residential real estate, small business, finance, tech, construction, and business development. He comes to the table with one purpose - to deliver an incredible client experience and an outcome that meets his client's goals. He has closed over $25 million in real estate sales and worked within startups and large organizations to lead sales, build teams, develop products, streamline operations and processes, and develop and build strong client partnerships.
Dustin’s background gives him a deep appreciation for the challenges and rewards of building something from the ground up. Whether helping clients navigate complex real estate deals, advising on financing options for equipment purchases or capital improvement, or guiding startup sales strategies- he understands how much time, energy, and emotion go into owning and operating a small business. His ability to listen, build trust, and communicate clearly helps him put clients’ needs first, and support owners through one of their most important transitions: exiting and selling their business or real estate assets. He brings a practical mindset, strategic critical thinking, and a genuine respect for what they've built.
He was a high school and college athlete and a coach, which taught him discipline, resilience, and teamwork—qualities he brings to every business deal. When he’s not working, you can find him spending time with his wife and three children, playing sports, camping, hunting, working out, golfing, or playing and performing music. He is also active in his community, volunteering at church, coaching youth sports, and running and riding in 100 and 200+ mile cycling events to support his favorite nonprofit organization - Venture. Dustin participates in Venture’s “Business for Good” program, meaning a portion of every commission he earns is donated to fight against global poverty, human trafficking, and hunger in the hardest to reach places.
