 Steve Gibbs
Steven Gibbs began his business brokerage experience with his father Stan Gibbs 15 years ago and then ventured to pursue a legal career. Mr. Gibbs is a licensed broker in Florida as well as a licensed attorney in Minnesota and Florida. Mr. Gibbs, who lives in Fort Myers, Florida, was instrumental in opening our Florida Calhoun office and now oversees all Florida based transactions. Mr. Gibbs also has acquired his own personal experience, owning a number of businesses including a commercial cleaning enterprise as well as a private law practice. His extensive experience has equipped Mr. Gibbs with the ability to understand and relate to parties on both sides of the transaction and to understand the legal concerns necessary to successfully guide all parties to a successful transaction.
